Launching Q4 2026 · Accepting launch partners

The festival app you don’t have to build

Clash gives every attendee a clash-free schedule, artist discovery, and a way to coordinate with their crew, with your official lineup under your control. No development, no app-store wait. We’re partnering with a small group of festivals for our first season.

The problem

A PDF lineup and a custom app nobody downloads

Attendees screenshot your timetable, lose it, and miss sets. Bespoke festival apps cost a fortune, ship late, and get deleted the week after. Meanwhile a last-minute set-time change never reaches the people standing at the wrong stage.

How Clash works for organisers

Your lineup, your control, in an app attendees actually want to use.

Your official source of truth

Attendees build their whole festival in Clash. Your verified lineup is the version they plan around, not a screenshot they lose.

Verified official lineup & set times
Clash detection across every stage
Artist profiles with Spotify previews

Edit instantly, update everyone

Change a set time and every attendee is notified in seconds. Fix a typo at 2am. No reprinted maps, no stale PDFs, no app update required.

Real-time lineup editing
Push notifications on changes
Unlimited team members

See what actually happened

Understand which artists pulled interest, where your schedule clashes concentrate, and how attendees planned their days, so next year’s lineup is sharper.

Artist interest & demand signals
Clash hotspots across stages
Exportable post-event reports

Everything you need to run your lineup

A focused toolkit built for festival programming, not a bloated enterprise suite.

Go live fast
Add your festival, upload your lineup, and publish. No developers, no app stores, no waiting.
Real-time editing
Update lineups and set times on the fly. Every change appears for attendees immediately.
Verified badge
A verification badge marks your schedule as the official, trusted source inside the app.
Push that gets read
Notify attendees instantly when something changes, or schedule announcements in advance.
Analytics, not guesses
See which artists drew interest, when the day peaked, and where clashes concentrated.
Artist profiles
Manage bios, images, and socials, with automatic Spotify previews so attendees discover acts early.
Stages & venues
Manage multiple stages and locations so attendees can navigate your site with confidence.
Clash detection
Overlapping sets are flagged automatically. It’s the whole point of Clash.
Export your data
Pull engagement and analytics data out in CSV for your own reporting and recaps.

Frequently asked questions

When does Clash launch?
The attendee app and the organiser platform launch in Q4 2026. We’re onboarding our first launch-partner festivals now so everything is dialled in before the season starts.
How do my attendees get the schedule?
Once we set up your festival, you share your Clash link wherever you already reach attendees: socials, email, your site. They open it, find your verified lineup, and start building their plan. No custom app to push.
Can I edit the schedule after publishing?
Yes. Real-time editing is the whole point. Change set times, add or drop artists, fix typos, and every attendee is notified instantly. No reprints, no stale PDFs.
What does it cost?
Launch-partner festivals get the platform free for our first season. After launch, pricing is simple and per-festival. You pay for the event, not a year-round licence, and pilot partners keep preferential pricing.
Does this only work for multi-stage music festivals?
Multi-stage festivals are where clash detection shines, but the lineup, scheduling, updates, and analytics work for any event with a program, including single-stage events, fringe and comedy festivals, and multi-track conferences.
What support do partners get?
A lot. As a launch partner you work directly with the founding team. We help load your lineup, configure your stages, and make sure everything is right before and during your event.
