Permission is granted to use Clash for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the app or its content
- Use the app for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the app to another person or entity
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Festival and artist information is provided for informational purposes only. You retain ownership of content you create (schedules, photos, messages), but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Clash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed events, schedule conflicts, or data loss. We do not guarantee the accuracy of festival or artist information provided by third parties.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of Clash after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
